The San Jose Secular Franciscan group is a Catholic community that is part of the world wide Franciscan family. Secular Franciscans are also known as the Third Order – a group made of lay men and women who feel a calling to live their lives following the Catholic teachings formed by St. Francis of Assisi. These teachings are based around working to follow our Lord Jesus Christ and living a Gospel life as our daily lives and all our actions.

Regular meetings are every third Sunday beginning at 12:30pm, at Mission San Jose St. Francis Parish Center – 1300 E Pyron Ave, San Antonio, TX 78214
